Below the Giant Reeds (Arundo donax) in Deadman's Creek

The reeds were introduced — unfortunately — to provide some privacy at the swimming hole just above that area at a time when one could see for a good half mile down the creek. They did serve that purpose, but now that this function is no longer needed, it would be almost impossible to remove them.
