Springs at the Upper (South) Portion of Deadman's Creek

Four large springs flow from the west bank at the upper (south) portion of the creek. These normally provide most of the water in the creek downstream at Purola. These slowed down significantly during the drought of 2006, but the long pool at their base was never dry. In the spring of 2009 both the springs and the pool dried up for the first time.
